Opening and maintenance of Riga Card account is free of charge. The tariff is the same as for cash payments, according to the tariffs defined in the binding rules Nr.206, approved by Riga City Council.

Municipal parking lots in Riga are divided into six zones A, B, C, D, R, V with different hour tariffs:

• Zone A – 1st hour EUR 2.50, every next hour EUR 3.00
• Zone B – 1st hour EUR 2.00, every next hour EUR 2.50
• Zone C – 1st hour EUR 1.50, every next hour EUR 2.00
• Zone D – 1st hour EUR 1.00, every next hour EUR 1.50
• Zone R – 1st hour EUR 5.00, every next hour EUR 8.00
• Zone V – all day EUR 2.00

Zone working hours:

• zones A,B,C,D    – on workdays from 8:00 till 20:00

                  – on Saturdays from 9:00 till 17:00

• zone R               – every day from 6:00 till 24:00
• zone V               – every day from 8:00 till 20:00

(When A, B, C, D, R, V Zone working hours fall on a public holiday, payment for the use is not required)
